**Shipping and Tracking Your Order**

You can easily track your order from Luv Communication in the "Your Orders" section. For detailed assistance with tracking, please visit our "Track Your Package" page.

**Delivery Information**

If no one is available at the delivery address when our partner attempts delivery, two delivery attempts will be made on consecutive days. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to Luv Communication. Additional delivery attempts beyond this will incur a charge. The delivery date is subject to product availability.

Luv Communication is not responsible for delays caused by our logistics partner. We guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the order and payment date.

All home delivery orders will be shipped to the address provided during the online order process and should reach you within 5 to 7 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

1. **Shipping Charges**: Luv Communication does not charge any extra shipping fees beyond the price shown at the time of purchase.
2. **Damage in Transit**: Luv Communication is not liable for any damage to the order while in transit.
3. **Shipping Items**: While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
4. **Invoice**: All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice showing the price, as per Indian tax regulations.

**Cancellation Policy**

Luv Communication is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped and is placed via the TraknPay Payment Gateway. You can track your order status online.

Orders placed using the PineLabs Payment Gateway for cashback offers cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

In case of any disputes or issues, Luv Communication reserves the right to cancel the order. Any legal disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi.

Luv Communication reserves the right to modify or cancel terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

**Return & Refund Policy**

To facilitate a return or replacement, please record a full unboxing video (360 degrees) when you receive your package. The video should clearly show the product, any damage, and the packing slip outside the package. If you discover damage, the video must include the damaged product and be unedited/unaltered.

We ensure that all products are procured, stored, and sold in optimal conditions, partnering with Shiprocket for reliable delivery.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged product (functional or cosmetic) or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service Team at customersupport@luvcommunication.in within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will guide you through the process. You may need to visit your nearest Luv Communication store to address the issue.

**Returns**: We only accept returns for reasons specified above. The return process is subject to the following conditions:

1. **Original Packaging**: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all price tags, labels, and invoices.
2. **Refunds**: Refunds are only available for orders placed via the TraknPay Payment Gateway and are applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation of an order before shipment.
- Customer refusal to collect the delivery.
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
- Incorrect or unreachable delivery address.

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used:
- **Credit/Debit Card Payments**: Refunded to the card within 10 working days and reflected in the next statement.
- **Net Banking Payments**: Credited back to the bank account.
